Marsden Stay Rotorua

It was perfect for myself. Easy and so comfortable. Bed was firm and warm. There was a heater, air con in the room which was perfect as it rained the whole.3 days I was there. So to come to a warm.room was perfect and invitung. Where my room was situated, was at the end. Which on ine hand was good coz came in late but being solo traveller was alittle scary, i would have preferres closwr to the front ao I wasnt walking past so many doors. I lived how the main entry doors you still needed access cards!! Thats a great idea so that people cant just walk in. That gave me alot of security knowing you could only get in using an access card. Also the rooms need access cards too so thats a binus for me. I liked the recycle bin and waste bin. Two separate bins - good idea thinking of the wnvironment. The lication was soooooo close to everything, woolworths, maccas, restaurants. Literally a 3 minute drive to Woolworths. Awesome lication where the hotel is located. Would book again if i come back.to Rotorua.

Friendly customer service. Location is good. Room was a good size. Comfortable bed & pillows.

Overall, the stay was definitely worth the money. The staff were very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist and provide useful information. Would definitely consider staying here again!
